A fair 30-day window on your made-to-order apparel, with free return shipping on sizing and change-of-mind returns.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective items and non-defective items (including sizing and change-of-mind returns), as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with any tags attached.

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Drop it off
Leave the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — your PayPal balance or the original card used through PayPal. There is no restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping
↩️ Change-of-mind & sizing returns: Free return shipping fee — we do not charge a return shipping fee. Download the prepaid label we send you and drop the package off at no cost.
⚠️ Defective or wrong item: If we sent a defective item or the wrong item, you receive a full refund including the original $4.95 shipping fee, and return shipping is free.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable only for standard returns that are not caused by a defect or an error on our side.
Cancelling before production
Because every item is produced upon order, you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production — typically within the first few hours after ordering. Email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once an item has entered production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for a return under the 30-day policy above.
What we cannot accept
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags.
